    With personnel

    We offer the service with our own personnel (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) and you can choose between 2 menu options:

  • Simple Menu: $80 per person/day (3 meals per day, simpler food and less diverse)
  • Elaborated menu: $150p.p/day (3 meals per day of elaborated Caribbean food)

    • Without personnel

    We give you the option to rent the space in case you want to bring your own cook and waiter. The price is $400 per day, this price does not include food and personnel.

    You can rent the Spa area for $400 per day, this is in case you want to bring your own staff to handle Yoga and massages.

    Medicinal plants

    Walk in the medicinal garden with a local bush man that will introduce you to the ancestral plants available and the purpose for those plants as well as how to prepare and consume them.

    Night tour

    In the evening the forest comes to life your guide will help you find them and give you information on the animals and their habitat.
    From 5:50pm to 7pm.

    Chocolate workshop

    You will learn about the whole process that the seed undergoes, from the time it is cut from the tree to the time when you can enjoy the final product.

    Snorkeling

    We will take you to the coral reef in Cahuita National Park where you can enjoy the beauty of the ocean wildlife, from the coral (which is a living organism) to rays and sharks.

    National park walk

    A guided visit to the Cahuita National park where you can experience the flora and fauna we have available. You will have a chance to see 2 and 3 toed sloths, howler and capuchin monkeys, turtles, alligators, iguanas and much more!
    Duration: 2 hours approx.
    $40.-p.p (Transportation fee not included)

    Practical information

    • The safety of our guests is important for us, third parties will not be welcomed without prior notice.
    • The gate will be closed for your safety during the retreat.
    • $70 fee will be charged for lost keys.
    • Personal chart with guest info will be requested, this is to specify health issues, full name, passport, food allergies and other relevant information we need to be aware of.
    • No food is allowed in the rooms. This will attract wildlife that might present a risk to guests.
    • No smoking in the lodge. There is a designated area for smoking.
    • Do not walk barefoot or naked in the garden.
    • Do not touch or take any of the plants from the garden without a staff member being present. This is because the person might have an allergic reaction to some of the plants or there might be animals that use the plants as hosts, also there are toxic plants similar to others of common use.
    • Do not deviate from the path for your and the environment’s safety.
    Payment options
    • Direct Bank Transfer: Include full name and reservation number (provided by us).
    • PayPal: please provide us with your email address to send you an invoice to process the payment. Paypall fue is not included.
    • Cash un colones or dollars.
    • 40% of the total cost needs to be paid for booking….45 days prior to your arrival. This is to block the space for the retreat. This money is not refundable. 
    • The remaining 60% needs to be deposited 30 days prior to your  arrival.
    • A $1.000 deposit will be charged to cover for any damage to the facilities, this deposit needs to be paid at the time of check in. This money will be refunded in full 2 days after your check out date as long as there is no damage. If there is any damage or lost keys, the cost for the repairs/replacement will be deducted from this deposit.
